If you do not wish to place your domain name order on-line, you may download a BeepDomains order form and send it to us by Post.

1. Search for your available domain names in the orange box at the top of the screen and make a note of your selection including the cost excluding VAT.

2. Calculate the total cost including VAT at 15% if applicable. if you are VAT registered in the EU (excluding the UK) please include your VAT number on the form.

3. Download, print and complete the BeepDomains order form.

4. Send your order along with a cheque made payable to BeepWeb Limited for the full amount to:

Orders by Post usually take between 3 to 4 days to process. We must first receive the order and check that it is completed correctly. We then have to clear all funds before the order may be processed.

If time is of the essence, we suggest that you place the domain name order on-line (start by searching in the orange box at the top of the screen) as this will be processed the same day. Usually on-line orders are processed within 30 minutes from submission.
