BeepDomains will deal directly with the relevant Naming Authority on behalf of the customer and register or renew the Domain Name as required during the relevant service period. Domain registrations and renewals are processes the same day as and when they are required.

BeepDomains will settle all Naming Authority fees directly with the Naming Authority as part of the service. This means that the customer does not have to pay separate invoices and waste valuable time dealing with numerous accounts.

BeepDomains will provide at least two Internet Name Servers to host the Domain Name(s). All Domain Names must have at least two Internet Name Servers which can respond to queries about the Domain Names from the Internet.

NOTE: it is also possible for the customer to supply their own Internet Name Servers to control the Domain Name(s) directly.

BeepDomains will supply full email forwarding for the Domain Name(s). This means that any email addressed to the Domain Name will be redirected to an existing email address. For example:

• anything@yourdomains.co.uk
  is redirected to your@exisingemail.com

It is also possible to set up individual email forwarding such as:

• info@yourdomains.co.uk
  to address1@exisingemail.com
  
• sales@yourdomains.co.uk
  to address2@exisingemail.com
  
• staff@yourdomains.co.uk
  to address@another_exisingemail.co.uk

The receipient email address is not rewritten (i.e. staff@yourdomains.co.uk from the example above will remain visible as the recepient in your email client software).

NOTE: there is no advertising added to the messages with BeepDomains email forwarding.

BeepDomains will supply full web forwarding for the Domain Name(s). This means that www.yourDomainName is mapped onto your existing web site address (or IP address) so that your web space may be reference by www.yourDomainName. This is a direct mapping which works with the entire directory tree of your web space (i.e. www.yourDomainName/ directory/file.html).

NOTE: there is no advertising added to the browser with BeepDomains web forwarding.

The customer is able to update the administrative contact details, the email forwarding address(es) and the web forwarding address as often as required throughout the duration of the service period.

Should the customer wish to transfer their Domain Name at any time to another service provider, the customer is able to do so free of charge.

Current customers are provided with a support email address that is managed during normal working hours.
