• A Naming Authority is an organisation encharged with maintaining the database of registered Domain Names. A Domain Name is registered with a Naming Authority for a registration period which requires to be renewed on its expiration.

• There is a Naming Authority for each type of Domain and each Naming authority has independent registration periods. The BeepDomains service is based on either a 1 or 2 year Service Period regardless of the Naming Authority registration periods.

• Registration with the Naming Authority occurs if you initially register your Domain Name with BeepDomains and renewals with the Naming Authority occur if your Domain Name requires renewal during your BeepDomains Service period. At the end of a BeepDomains Service period, you have the option to renew your BeepDomains Service.

Each Naming Authority charges for registering and renewing Domain Names. As part of the BeepDomains Service, BeepWeb^® will settle any Naming Authority fees.

• This means that you do not have to waste valuable time dealing with multiple accounts with the Naming Authorities.

BeepWeb^® will supply at least 2 Name Servers to host your Domain Names.

• Hosting a Domain Name means supplying Name Servers to control you Domain Name functionality (web forwarding for instance).

• As part of the BeepDomains Service, you have the option to supply your own Name Servers for your Domain Names.

BeepWeb^® will supply full web forwarding for each of your Domain Names.

• Web forwarding means making your Domain Name point to your web space. The entire directory of you web space may then be referenced by you Domain Name. As part of the service, BeepWeb^® will forward both:

  www.yourdomains.co.uk to yourwebspace.net
  (including the www.)
  
  and
  
  yourdomains.co.uk to yourwebspace.net
  (excluding the www.)
  
  

• BeepWeb^® provides FULL web forwarding which means there is no advertising added to your existing web pages when accessed through your Domain Name.

BeepWeb^® will supply full email forwarding for each of your Domain Names.

• Email forwarding means that any email addressed to your Domain Name will be redirected to an existing email address. For example:

  anything@yourdomains.co.uk
  is redirected to your@exisingemail.com

  The example above makes any email addressed to the Domain Name (anything before the '@') be redirected, but it is also possible to set up individual email forwarding such as:

  info@yourdomains.co.uk
  to address1@exisingemail.com
  
  sales@yourdomains.co.uk
  to address2@exisingemail.com
  
  staff@yourdomains.co.uk

• BeepWeb^® provides FULL email forwarding which means there is no advertising added to your email messages.

BeepWeb^® will supply free Domain Name information updates.

• Domain Name information includes the email forwarding address, the web forwarding address, the domain hosting (using your own Name Servers if required) and the administrative contact details.

• During the course of a BeepDomains Service period, it is likely that you will need to update any or all of this information. All updates are free and available at https://www.beepdomains.co.uk/updates.html.

BeepWeb^® will release your Domain Name to any other service provider free of charge should you wish to do so.

For every 2 UK Domain Names that you register, you will be able to register another Domain Name absolutely free of charge.

• Securing your Internet Identity is crucial and BeepWeb^® helps you do this by making every third UK Domain Name Registration free.

• IMPORTANT: the free UK Domain Name Registrations apply only to single orders. This means that should choose to order 1 Domain Name on its own and then order another 2 the next day on another order, you will not receive a free UK Domain registration. On the other hand, should you order 3 Domain Names together within a single order, 1 of them is absolutely free.
